I'm using mod organizer, so I can create a profile for Perfectly Modded and one for Anime Skyrim, which I recommend doing. However, I can't guarantee if anime Skyrim will work or not, because it wasn't made with latest Skyrim patch (as far as I remember) and my gtx 660 2gb was nowhere near powerful enough to run the mod.
